Hydraulic Balance Crane YPDYPB series is a new type mechanical handling equipment.Compared with tradition mechanical balance crane, it has some outstanding advantages on technology. The core technology are:
1.The stroke switch is of no need.It can use the stroke of cylinder to get limits.The up and down movement of cylinder rod can promote the lifting movement of arms.
  It is equipped with cushioning device to ensure the lifting movement stable.Meanwhile,the operate miss caused by workers would not make equipment failure.
2. It is set up safety protect device in hydraulic system.When 1.1 times rated load is reached,safety valve would unload the goods in order to avoid damaging components and human injury.
3. The traditional mechanical driving motor turns into hydraulic technology.YPB series adds the function of speed limitation, namely two speed of falling speed control.When the goods are down to an appointed place, you can push the self-falling button. At this situation, the motor doesn’t work, goods can be unloaded stably. (The self-falling speed can be adjusted by adjusting valve according to customer’s requirement. It can be adjusted from 0 to eight meters per min. This kind of function can make goods locate and lay precisely. Meanwhile, it also protect equipments and uniform.
4.The upright post and other main parts are made up of steel casting and steel plate welding which enhances the strength and rigidity, thus to stop hidden trouble.
